How To Cure Pain On Back Near The Shoulder And Joints?

i have pain on my back near the shoulder joint and a nerve near the wrist swells when strained on the left hand, i am 43 years old, 168 cms and 75 kga weight. i had the shoulder pain for quite sometime on the left side. the pain is on the back side between the shoulder and the spine at the shoulder joint at the back on the left side.
