How To Cure Pain On Lower Left Side Of The Back,headache And Sweating?

I have never felt like this before ever, it started with pain in the lower left hand side of my back, now i have a severe headache, it hurts more when i move my head, i have a fever, my hands feel like a have been dragging them down rope, that suddenly turns into excessive sweating, i have to sleep with towels, then eventually i feel very cold and my muscles tense up a little like shivering but more intense, i think its because of this every muscle in my body now hurts, mostly around my shoulders, lower back and neck. when i walk i feel dizzy and i can't seem to get my legs to co-ordinate with each other - im swaying around. This has been going on for 4 days now, i would go to the gp but i am currently visiting south china and the local people do not speak english. what is wrong with me and how long will it take to go?
