How To Cure Painful Blisters On Hand After Having An Allergy To Soap?

I used a grapefruit dish soap 10 months ago and it made my hands very itchy. 3months passed and the itching turned into both itching and painful blisters on my fingers. Now my fingers have blisters, peeling of the skin, itching, and its very painful sometimes. Is this dishydrosis?? Or is it more severe?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
The condition you have described is called pompholyx.
Its kind of eczematous reaction to soaps, detergents etc.
Apply a cream containing halobetasol and fusidic acid twice a day.
Oral antihistaminics to relieve itching.
Oral prednisolone can be added for faster relief.
Avoid direct contact with strong chemicals like detergents.
Hope you will be fine.
Thank you
