How To Cure Painful Knots In The Muscles Of Right Interior Forearm?

Hello. For the past few weeks I have been experiencing several painful knots in the muscle of my right interior forearm and the right interior bicep. there is no redness, no swelling. But the pain is constant and even picking up a glass of water causes extreme pain. I have tried everything..NSAIDS, muscle relaxers, Tens unit, arm compresses/ice, rest, elevation, massage, stretching...nothing is helping. What does this sound as if it could be and what should i do next?
