How To Cure Pain,heaviness And Stiffness Around Wrist And Hand Due To Fracture?

I got fracture in my right hand on ulna, it was night stick fracture and i was in cast long arm about 22 days, yesterday opened the cast and find some stiffness inwrist to bend it ou, also while twisting my hand that i feel some heavyness or some pain where it got fracture.Along with small finger side wrist joint or nerve is paining while on movement.
