How To Cure Pain,itching And Little Red Dots On Penis Head?

I have little red flat dots on my penis head and shaft. I am uncircumcised. Sometimes i get like this white chunk on the shaft of my penis that smells. There is NO PAIN at all. All there is is uncontrollable itching from the inside for skin of my penis.

From your complaint it seems to be a case of genital infection. Any h/o diabetes mellitus ? It would be better if you can share some picture so that i can suggest you better.
