Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history and description, it seems that you are having moderate - severe acne with post acne hyperpigmentation.
You could benefit from taking oral Doxycycline or Azithromycin pulses for 4-6 weeks. This can be prescribed by a dermatologist after examining you.
You could also use a gel containing clindamycin in the morning and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide/ adapelene combination at bedtime.
You could get glycolic acid based chemical peels done by a dermatologist.
Avoid facials and bleaching as this only worsens your acne.
Eat healthy food with lots of fruits and vegetables.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
