How To Cure Perineural Cyst At S3 Level?

Hi, my name is Imran. Am from Fiji. Am 31years old. My height is 1.75m, my weight is 102kg. I had my MRI done and was diagnosed with perineural cyst at S3 level and was also diagnose with minimal subarticular marrow heterogeneity in the right SI joint can you please explain me clearly what that means. Is there any treatment for this or as I was told by the doctor that I can get paralyze anytime.
