hi doc,
i am 38 years old and my willy doesn't hang i have piles which are up my bum. Its just when i do hang i feel relaxed and then i have the problem that my piles pop out. So always feels like I'm tensing my bum cheeks in to stop this happening is this normal?

The piles medically called as hemorrhoids, there are two types of hemorrhoids that is internal and external hemorrhoids.
External hemorrhoids as different grades depending upon there location.
