i am 65 years old weighing 70 kgs and height of 5 feet 5 inches and have so far no medical history i have a deflected bone in my nose and find difficulty in breathing from left side of the nose .my face is a bit deformed on account of this .is there any cure without side effects .how much wii it cost

Unfortunately there are no medications for that.
You should do an operation for to fix that, it is called Septoplasty.
If you come in Albania it will cost 1000€ to you :)
