How To Cure Puberphonia?
hii..actually i have some problem like that of puberphonia..i consulted ENT's n they said my vocal chords are normal..but still i cant be able to improve my voice through speech therapy n this is the third time i am taking the therapy but still no benefits...so can u suggest other options...

when u r trying to speak , keep pressure on ur Adam's apple (thyroid cartilage projection present over ur throat )
slowly over a period ur voice base changes .
