How To Cure Puffiness Of Collarbone?

I have puffiness above my collarbone on both sides....went to the dr last fall for it and he did blood tests and they all came back fine...he wasn't alarmed by it...it comes and goes...stresses me out though as I don't see any other people with anything like this....worried it could be something serious....if I raise my shoulders the puffiness goes away...when I put my shoulders down it puffs back up so doesn't really seem like a lymph node...I'm 46 and weigh 135 pounds...otherwise healthy....
