How To Cure Pus Filled Bump On Left Side Of Scrotum?

Bump on the left side of scrotum, about the size of a quarter
It has been there for a few months. It has burst and constantly leaks clear/yellow pus. it is now forming new small holes to leak from.I can actually feel a long "sack" under the scrotum which is quite tender. The skin is darker there than anywhere else. The "lump" is not attached to my testicles

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problems you are facing of bump on the left side of the scrotum with pus leaking from it could be an infected furruncle or boil.
Kindly wash the area with mild antiseptic solution like Povidine. After drying, kindly apply Neomycin cream in the lesion.
You need to take oral antibiotic course of Amoxacillin with Clavulenic acid along with antiinflammatory-analgesic medication like Ibuprofen.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
