How To Cure Raised Serum Ceratanin Level?

I was taking 2 tablets for last eight years, which was then reduced to 1and half for last one year. The Lithium level is 0.6 mg, but serum ceratanin has risen to 1.2. Do I have to reduce the dose further? I am well otherwise. Other medicines are putting me to lot of dizziness.
