Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be contact allergic dermatitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. It may be due to some allergens like housedust, housedust mite,wool,soap,grass,pollens,sprays...so on. Avoid the contact of suspected allergen. Give him a course of antibiotic oral steroid in tapering dose and antihistaminics. Apply antibiotic cream initially..after drying the lesions, apply mild steroid cream.

Hope this helps.
