my throat is red and really sore having trouble swallowing things ears hurt nos is stuffy or running sneezing and there is something hanging off the thing that hangs in the back of your throat there is no white stuff as i thought at first it was strep but i always get white stuff in the back of my throat when i have strep

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
Soar throat can lead to pain in the ears also because of the connection between throat and the ear.Whenever there is a infection in the throat there will be congestion and edema of the mucosa thereby it tends to obstruct the eustachian tube there by it increases the pressure in the ear and causes the pain in the ear.
You require following treatment.
Salt water gargling
Oral antibiotics
Oral NSAIDs
Oral Antihistamines.
These dungs should be taken after consulting your doctor and getting the prescription from him.
