How To Cure Retinal Thinning In Eye?
I was told today that I have a retinal thinning in my right eye; it's not severe, nothing to worry about just take note of and definitely don't join any sports like kick boxing etc. to avoid injury to the eye. What would cause this and is there anything I can do to strengthen it? I am soon to be 36 y/o healthy female who does wear contact lenses for astigmatism.

Well mam I read your history... I want to inform you there's no role of human intervention in certain things which are god gifted, but has to be simply accepted for rest.of life viz your thin retina...
There's no way to strengthen it but ya as advised but your doc u should avoid those sports to prevent any further complication...
Lastly , wearing contact lens has got no correlation with your thin retina... So you can very well continue its use without any fear...
