General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to tinnitus.
A solid hit to the head may also rupture the eardrum or cause permanent nerve damage within the cochlea.
So,a visit at an ENT specialist is needed to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
