i went to my doctor s today and showed him a rash under my breast and my area near my groin itches . i thought it was just dry skin. he said it is ringworm ..yuck and gave me a prescription for a cream. can i talk oral medication that will get every patch killed so i don t miss any spots and how long will it take to go away. felling unclean but i shower like every day in those areas. what should i do. please help so embarrased

Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals. Various antifungal powders like candid are availalbe. These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.
