How To Cure Scarred Less Sensitive Areas Of The Penis Developed After Bad Oral Sex?

I got these scars when I was 17 years old, I am now 20 years old and they have not improved. One is really large and on the right side of my penile head and seems like it extends into the foreskin and the other is on the left side of my penile head but not as big. I got these scars after bad oral sex with a old girlfriend and then we had unprotected sex as well (no lube). While still sensitive and giving off a pleasurable feeling the scarred areas do not have the same intense pleasure as the part of my Penile Head that isn't scarred. I'm willing to provide pictures if needed. Could you help me?

This is very old history given here by you that does not seems because of the oral coitus, but this may be warts, and for that you have to get it examined with the dermatologist, hope this information helps you have nice day.
