How To Cure Severe Lower Back And Frontal Pelvic Pain During Periods?

hi im an 18 year old female, and am suffering from sever lower back and frontal pelvic pain and have been for over a year. and is especially bad when i am on my period. I have been to the doctors on many occasions over the past year but have had no diagnosis.. can you help?
