How To Cure Simple Follicular Cyst Of 15mm On Right Ovary?

Iam 43 years old and went for a scan because I either don't have periods for long periods of time and when I do they are very heavy. The scan came back as follows:

Normal retroverted uterus. Endmetrial thickness = 1.6mm.AP diameter of 40mm. the right ovary has been seen and contains a simple follicular cyst measuring 15mm. the left ovary has not been seen.



Can you please translate as I have not got a clue.
