How To Cure Skin Infection On Ankle,knee And Foot?

I got a chills , fever then like the flu , the next day my leg started to hurt from my ankles to my knee, one foot is worse than the other. Its sore to the touch and itchy hot with blisters . The doctor told me I had skin infection, I am on antibiotic, but this doesn t look like it will clear itself fast..

Hi.
As per your case history you are having viral exanthem.
My treatment advice is -
1. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
2. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 15 days.
3. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, topical steroid cream given only after consulting a dermatologist.
