How To Cure Sore Testicles ?

Recently my girlfriend and I had an unusually heavy night of sex, and alot of foreplay was involved along with teasing. After sex my testicles became very sore for about two hours. Two days later When I masterbated there was blood in the semen twice. Could this be a serious problem? I am 37 and in fair health.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The blood in the semen is called hematospermia.
This may need further evaluation as you had already a sore testes.
You need the following:
Clinical evaluation and physical examination by an Urologist and
color doppler and ultrasonography of the abdomen, pelvis and the scrotum to have a detailed examination of the whole urogenital system .

Hematospermia has no known causes in many incidences.
Yet we have to get fully investigated so that cancer and such causes are ruled out.
Get the examination of the blood, urine, stool, semen done .
I find this answer helpful
