How To Cure Sore Throat,fever And White Bump On Right Tonsils?

About a month ago i had a sore throat, low grade fever & 1would white bump on my right tonsil but after a couple of days i felt better but that 1saying white bump is still there. Yesterday i was real sick with flu like symptoms but today i feel better except i still have a low grade fever &1would i had several white bumps on my right tonsil but after this morning after i rinsed with salt water all of the other bumps went away except for the one ive had for a month. What could this be?

The sore throat, pain, fever and white spots over the tonsils can be because of the bacterial infection and tonsillitis. Nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like ciprofloxacin ( if you are not allergic ). do saline gargling.
