How To Cure Spondylitis ?

my husband has spondylitis and has a lot of pain on his left side of his stomach and he seems to be going too often to urinate,doctors have done tests and everything is normal,they say they don't know what's wrong,it could only be stress,and he is losing a lot of weight.My husband is 33 years old.Please help....Thanks
