How To Cure Spotting And Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 11 weeks pregnant and am experiencing some spotting along with some slimy discharge like in periods, and my legs are aching really bad....I had heavy bleeding in 5 weeks of my pregnancy was given alot of medicines and everyting of fine until today morning, scan was done and cardiac activity was also recorded...Is this miscarriage? I am 30 years old.
