How To Cure Stabbing Pain Below The Navel After Total Hysterectomy And Birch Procedure?

I had a total hysterectomy and birch procedure on July 22, 2014. I am having a stabbing pain just below the navel to the left. I am fine if I lay down but getting up for any reason and this pain comes. Also feeling nauseous but I can hold fold down fine, just no appetite. No fever or other side effects, just the very sharp pain. It causes me to double over. No discharge from surgical site.
