How To Cure Stabbing Pain Underneath Left Clavical Upto Throat?

I am a 54yr old woman in good health but yestreday experienced stabbing pain underneath left clavical radiating up into throat. Woke up during the night with this pain. Still have pain which appears worse on movement. B/P this morning is ok 122/73 P74

Dear abnormal sleeping position may cause compression of nerve of cervical region may cause your symptoms other possibilities like thoracic outlet syndrome. Use brace while sleeping. Use pain killer.
