How To Cure Stiff Knees And Arms Due To Inflammation?

I fell 16 weeks ago and now find it difficult to get out of a chair, my knees are stiff and arms. Had tests, shows slight inflammation. Difficulty in dressing, walking,sleeping. Taking paracetamol. Worst thing is getting out of a chair.Age 52,5ft 3in, 10stone 9 ,good health.
