How To Cure Stomach Pain Without Any Reason With Depression And Insomnia?

i have two great disesess stomache pain without biologic reason and depression insonmia digistive problems i go to many doctors there is colon pain i take medcation motilium and nexium and feel better but if idont take medications i´d return back to the same case

With all probabilities your biological pain is the manifestation of some kind of anxiety and stress which you could overcome with your own efforts. There is some amount of stress in everyone's life, but one should put all his efforts to overcome this, and should not make the stress into a full fledged disease process.

I would advise you for a modification of your life style. Go for a morning walk/jogging depending on your medical fitness. Eat healthy fresh food, fruits and enough liquids. Try to remain busy in your work, and indulge yourself in other activities during your leisure hours. Have a good night sleep, and avoid smoking/alcoholic beverages. Do some deep breathing exercises when in stress. I am sure, you would improve if you adopt these measures. In the worst case, you might have to take the help of a psychiatrist. You can continue taking nexium till then, but better avoid motilium for a long duration.
