How To Cure Swelling And Pain On The Cheeks Caused Due To Wisdom Tooth?

i am 24, my upper right wisdom tooth (completely erupted from the gum) is continously rubbing my cheek which causes swelling and pain in that particular area but not the teeth itself is in pain. i went to the dr and he recommended its extraction m scared of getting it extracted... should i go for it?

The swelling and pain could be because of the trauma caused by the wisdom tooth over the cheeks. You can take a course of antibiotics and get the tooth removed. If the wisdom tooth is not a proper position, it has to go for extraction. Nothing to worry its a simple procedure done under local anesthesia.Do saline gargling.
