How To Cure Swelling Of Lymph Nodes On Left Side Of Neck?

just about 3 days ago i started experiencing some tightness and discomfort on the left side of my neck.i first noticed that a lump was just behind my right earlobe directly on or under it. it slowly went away within a day. but then i noticed my lymph node on the left side of was swallon.as a day or two went on my jaw/neck/ear was becoming very uncomfortable not so much pain just felt like the left side of my jaw was extremely sore. i noticed that just below my earlobe about half an inch down and right behind my jaw line was a tender bump. it progressed in size i believe and everytime i eat i its uncomfortable i can feel the lump move over and behind my jawline im very curious to whht this could be help! i am 17 about 6'3 and no allergies
