How To Cure Swelling Of The Inner Thighs Of Both Legs From The Knees To The Groin Area?

I have swelling of the inner thighs of both legs from the knees to the groin area with a slight feel of fluid in my scrotum. No pain in the legs but slight obdominal pain occasionally and a general feeling of fulness. What can this be and should I seek emergency care or just see my doc.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed fungal infection.
The area of groin is very moist and is prone to develop these infections.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.
Various antifungal powders like candid are available.
These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.
Please dont use any steroid, it can worsen your condition
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
