How To Cure The Pain Caused By An Extra Rib On My Shoulder?

i have recently been diagnoised with Poly Arthritis what are the pain
and also i have an extra rib in my left shoulder it has been causing me pain for the past Ten Months my neck hurts and also the extra rib has been causing me not to sleep i have lift arms up towards my chest and
my legs bent when i keep both my hands and legs straight i end up with numbness in my arm and down my arm hand i have swollen fingers in my left arm and i get numbness in my legs even if i sleep i toss and turn all the time i havent slept properly for months all i want to know what should i do to ease my pain i am treating the problem with Arthritis such as Glucosamine,fish oil,Vitamin D the extra rib in my left arm is giving me problems causing me to not be able to work or study or even clean properly or even cook its putting strain on my marriage as well what should i do
