How To Cure The Pimple And Unwanted Hair Problem In The Face?

hi, i am ishiqa kaur, my age is 26, i have pimples problem, i am using sofradex cream for last two years, it will help me to dissappear the small pimples on my face but when i gave up using tiny pimples again appear it on my face, its look so bad. one more thing i want to know its help to grow unwanted hair on face, becuase suddenly unwanted hair appear on my my chin, upper lips and sides of chicks. and please also tell me effective cream for my pimples .......

Hi,
* Pimple is trapped oil in skin pores. So it is seen mostly in oily skin.Following things help in management apart from specific treatment by dermatologist.
- Washing face frequently to avoiding oiliness/ use of neutral cleansers/ steaming of face weekly once to keep skin pores open help.
- avoid pricking of pimple.
- local use of Vitamin E helps.
- Antibiotic cremes.
* Unwanted hairs on face can be managed by-
Haie removers/ electrolysis of hair roots.
- Consultation of Endocrinologist( conditions like PCOD,thyroid problems show this symptom), investigations & treatment accordingly would solve the problem en root.
