How To Cure Throat Pain After Swallowing Meat Bone?

I was eating a pork ribs yesterday around lunch time and i accidentally swallowed a small bone....at first i felt fine but around 5pm that same day, i felt a pricking pain in my throat and since then every time a ate something i always experience pain in my throat.....what should i do? and do i have to undergo into an operation?

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen in case of pain.
