How To Cure Throat Pain,raspy Voice, Fever And Sore Throat?

My 27 year old daughter hase had a very raspy voice and throat pain. She has no fever, is normally very healthy. The sore throat has been going on for about 5 days. She went to the bathroom, wen she stood up she felt faint, called me and when I saw her she was very pale and felt cool and clammy. I helped her to her room and sat her down, I am a retired LPN, so I checked her vitals, he pulse was 88, I have an digital blood pressure unit, but it did not give me a BP, so I took it by palpation and it was 92. She has no fever, I even checked her blood sugar, it was 119. She has not had this happen before. What do you think?

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood history about your daughter. She has raspy voice, throat pain for about 5 days. Fainted in the bathroom, went pale, cold and clammy.
Since she has no fever, pulse of 88 and BP of 92 by palpation indicates she may have gram negative infection , and needs urgent antibiotic coverage with broad-spectrum meaning coverage of gram negative infection also.
Get her hydrated well and she will be fine.
Since you are a LPN, I hope you are getting my point.
Complete the course, and get her checked for blood and ENT examination for further treatment.
