How To Cure Tingling Sensation In Foot Due To Plantar Fasciitis?

hi I have been battling plantar fasciitis in both feet. my left foot has cleared up but my right foot which was worse than my left is still bothering me not so much in the heel anymore but in the arch and the rest of the foot tender, sore, tendons seem soar when i rub my foot. I also have developed a tingling sinsation in the right foot that comes on and doesnt let for a while then it feels fine then does it again when all this flairs up my hip gets sore also. I have been seeing a Specialist I have orthodics, im on a steroid now and have shots any help would be great.
