How To Cure Trachea Pain?

I have this pain I guess in my throat right on my trachea, I don t have a sore throat and I m not coughing, but when I swallow, I feel pain where my Adam s apple would be (I m not a male). It also hurts to touch that spot. I m not sure if I bruised my trachea, or what.

hello. it is not likely that you are having a tracheal pain, rather it may be on your larynx ( voice box ) or in your food passage. please avoid hot and spicy food and take steam inhalation. if you dont get relief in 48 hours, then meet your ENT doctor for advice. thanks!
