How To Cure Twitches On Both Eyes?

hi, i started with a twitch in my left eye for almost a yr,then it went away for over a yr but now i have a very annoying twitch on my left hand little finger side.the finger and up along side it!! it has been going on for months now. should i be concerned at all??
