How To Cure Uncontrollable Hand Tremors?

Uncontrollable hand tremors only lasted two days; first day in the morning I couldn t even drink a glass of water with out spilling it and had to use a cup with a top and straw. I got better over two days and now im fine. Any thoughts on the matter. Thaks, Jeremy

hi, are they a consequence of an acute condition? like a binge of alcohol or sudden withdrawal or severe stress and anxiety? if not, get a general checkup to rule out conditions like diabetes and hypertension. hope this helped.
