Hi,

Let me know you after gall bladder removal bile reservoir is not present, so bile flow altered and hence leads abdominal pain in approx 15 to 30%. For that diet modification done with low fat diet and more fruits. Here sphincter of oddi dysfunction, adhesions, biliary residual stones, biliary dysmotility etc should be ruled out if present For that USG abdomen done and Liver enzymes estimation done.

If needed ERCP like investigation done (only if needed). For acidity pantoprazole prescribed If needed antispasmodic drug prescribed With the time and by life style modification your pain will decrease and clinical condition will improve. With keeping this in mind consult gastroenterologist for examination and accordingly work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
