How To Cure Vaginal Burning Sensation After Using Feminine Wash?

Last sunday, I started using a femine wash for the vaginal area. That sunday nite when I wipe my vagina, it hurt and started feeling uncomfortable. I felted irriated and burning on only one side of my vagina lip. I went top the doctor and only was a chemical burn and told me to applied vaseline on it to make it moisture. Is there anything else I can do to make it heal faster??
