How To Cure Vaginal Infection?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I think I have a parasite of some sort. I have seen tiny threat like thin fibers in toilet and lots of crawling feeling around vagina and vulva. Some are transparent and very tiny. All are kind of curly. I experienced seizures like was hospitalized and all tests including EEG were normal. Was discharged with no meds. I was told to eat healthty and rest avoiding stress. It gas been more than 6 mos. If I have a parasite how can I know what it is if dx disregard concerns and stool was normal. I bought parasite cleanser but not sure if killing it because I still feel sensations, shakes and see fiber like things in urine and vulva discharges. A recent Pap revealed possible minor HPV infection and doctor did not gave med said it should go away. Why are they no given me any meds? Please help
