I have a couple questions regarding vaginal yeast infections. I recently saw my Gynecologist for my yearly check-up. I was tested for a yeast infection and tested positive and didn't know I had one. I didn't have any itching or soreness, I had a little discharge and an unusual odor. I thought I had a bacterial infection, like I had last year when I saw her. It seems like I have problems keeping a balance. I took a Diflucan pill, but how do I keep it from coming back. If I eat a serving of yogurt every day, will that help?
