How To Cure Vastus Medialis Near The Knee?

hello dr my age is 24...I have pain in vastus medialis near the knee(Right leg) and there is stretch at the back of the knee and in calf muscle...I have been treating it but now pain in vastus medialis is better but one problem is that i have no problem in the whole day and before sleeping but when i slept and get up in the morning the pain is there always and stretch in calf muscle,when i wake up and after some walkv or activity it reduces.my knee bent properly and there is nothing problem in bending the knee but i felt as compared to the other knee when i sit on legs and stand there is noise in the knee of the leg in which i have problem. dnt have any injury ..but when pain is not i sit infront of the computer for very long period without any break i felt that due to long sitting it is due to that.Dr its now more than 8 months that i have been suffering iam very worried tell please..
