How To Cure Vulvar Itchiness?

Good day! I am suffering from vulvar (labia minora) itchiness maybe for 3 days already.At the first I just had this itchiness and i tend to feel the area and it was just a small size bump, I scratched it once.., and again and it turns out like increase in size of the bump. It was very itchy during it's 1st and 2nd day but now I am not just having itchiness but the worse is that it is very painful also when I urinate since the urine is flowing in the itchy parts..I am planning to see a doctor because I am afraid that it will become worsen, but I don't think it is good since it's also my 2nd day of menstruation. Advise please...
