How To Cure Warts Noticed On Arms,hand And Face?

My niece has had warts for at least six months. They started out on her arms then drastically spread to her hand and face. She has now been on a stomach medicine prescribed by the doctor for one month. It looked like it was getting better but now it is worse. Now she has them on her forehead and chin. H What should we do?
