How To Cure Watery Pus Discharge From Left Ear?

dear dr, i m suffering from watery pus discharge from left ear from 4 months i am taking tab livobar 750,and xylo m but i dont have any result,dr found hole in drum ..this is 1st time i am suffering i dont want to do surgery. i want proper medicines to cure. i am 35 yrs old my height is 5, 7. and wt is 80kg .i also feel fullness in my ear and sleppy also plzzzz help me i will be very thankfull to you.i am having nasal drops and also taking steam

Dear you may be suffering from ASOM(acute suppurative otitis media). Most commonly caused by pneumococci or streptococcus. Other bacteria like klebsiella or pseudomonas may cause it.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking.
Water vapour inhalation,salt water gargling regularly. Get ear secretions for microscopy and culture sensitivity. use tab amoxillineclavulinate 625mg thrice a day for five days,tab.Alday-Dc twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
